We Have Always Challenged The Status Quo
In the beginning, there were research agencies providing the insight and tech companies delivering the platforms, but no one sitting in the middle connecting all the dots. That is, until Watermelon came along in 2012, on a mission to bridge the gap between research and technology.
The landscape has changed a bit since then. Now it’s heavily saturated with big players claiming their software can revolutionise the world of CX. The downside? Costly, inflexible and bland legacy VoC programmes that churn out numbers to tick a box rather than driving real business transformation.
We’ve stayed true to our core, fixated on challenging the status quo. But now we no longer just bridge the gap, we’ve closed it entirely by building our own CX tech from the ground up. Instead of complaining, we have become the supplier we wanted but couldn’t find, fixing the flaws of the industry while driving real business impact.
Since starting out, we’ve worked with FTSE 100 companies, expanded into Australia and proudly maintained an average client tenure of 8 years.
