We have always challenged the status quo
We started out in 2012 with a bold mission: to bridge the gap between research and technology. Initially, we combined our deep expertise with third-party software to deliver the best of both worlds to our clients. But we didn’t stop there.
Fast forward to today and we’ve flipped the script. We’ve ditched the middlemen, along with their rigid contracts, gimmicky add-ons, hidden fees and pre-packaged solutions, and built our own CX tech from the ground up. We’ve gone from bridging the gap to closing it entirely by becoming the supplier we always wanted but couldn’t find in the market.
In true Watermelon style, we didn’t let “that’s just the way things are done” stand in our way. Because why just bridge a gap when you can blaze a new trail? - feel like we don’t need this paragraph.
